Information submitted through an inquiry
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, company if supplied, project requirements, and an optional drawing. These details are used to review and respond to your request. They are not displayed publicly.
Access and storage
Inquiries are saved in the website’s WordPress database. Uploaded drawings are stored outside the publicly accessible website and require an authorized administrator to download them. Do not send information that you are not authorized to share.

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact info@cexcasting.com. You can also contact us before uploading a drawing to discuss confidentiality requirements.
Technical information
The website processes an IP address temporarily to limit repeated form submissions. A hashed identifier is used for the short-term limit. Hosting services may also maintain technical access and security logs.
Local preview
This Docker preview stores test inquiries locally and does not send inquiry emails. Analytics and advertising trackers are not installed in this version. A production privacy notice must reflect the live hosting, email services and retention arrangements.
