Published manufacturing capabilities
| Capability | CEX website information |
|---|---|
| Die casting equipment | 160–1,100 tonnes |
| Squeeze casting equipment | 300–1,100 tonnes |
| Manufacturing footprint | Three manufacturing bases |
| Supporting processes | Tooling, CNC machining, finishing, assembly and packaging |
These figures describe the published equipment range. Machine selection depends on the part and process. Request a project-specific capacity and equipment review before confirming an order.
Inspection capabilities
CEX lists CMM, spectrometer, tensile tester, hardness tester, X-ray equipment and helium leak detection. Specify which measurements and records your component needs.
Review Quality ControlMachine capacity is not a part specification
Clamping tonnage alone does not establish the size, weight or complexity a machine can produce. Submit the model, alloy and quantity so the part can be matched to a casting route and available equipment. Confirm the manufacturing site and any project-specific capacity requirement during supplier review.
Plan the supporting operations
| Operation | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Tooling | Design responsibility, trial plan and maintenance agreement |
| Machining | Required operations, fixture references and inspection methods |
| Heat treatment or finishing | Agreed condition, process scope and final dimensional checks |
| Delivery | Sample approval, recurring demand, packaging and shipment plan |
